Faulty Goods Rights 

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Consumers generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. 

Common Exceptions 

Custom-made products, perishable goods, opened hygiene products, unsealed software/media, and certain digital content may be excluded from standard cancellation rights.
